Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in civil works, experience in infrastructure or renewable energy projects, and a proactive approach to quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures, roads, and other civil infrastructure.

• Execute and supervise site civil activities including earthworks, foundations, RCC works, and structural erections.

• Prepare BOQs, bar bending schedules, and civil drawings with coordination from design teams.

• Monitor project progress, ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor to ensure timely and quality execution of works.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and vendors to resolve design and construction issues.

• Maintain documentation including site reports, daily progress records, and quality control checklists.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in civil construction or project site execution.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other relevant software.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

• Willing to travel or be posted at project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in renewable energy (solar/wind) projects.

• Knowledge of structural analysis software like STAAD Pro is a plus.

• Exposure to green building standards or certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED).

As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with project teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute electrical installations, including cable laying, trenching, earthing, and transformer work.

• Ensure compliance with grid connection norms, CEIG rules, and CEA regulations.

• Conduct testing using tools like Megger, Earth tester, and Multimeter.

• Oversee inverter installations, ACDB/DCDB, and string monitoring units.

• Adhere to HT/LT safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
